During your session, we alternate between capturing high-resolution photos and dynamic video clips, ensuring every moment is documented from multiple creative angles. After the shoot, we craft a final wrap-up edit that blends your video footage and select images into a professionally produced highlight reel—perfect for sharing, reliving, and celebrating your Sedona adventure.
Our All-In-One Blended Package combines livestreaming, professional photography, and cinematic video to fully capture your Sedona experience in real time and in stunning detail. Perfect for elopements, intimate ceremonies, or special adventures, this package allows your loved ones to tune in live—no matter where they are—while our team simultaneously captures high-resolution photos and dynamic video throughout the event. We alternate seamlessly between shooting styles, ensuring nothing is missed. Afterward, you’ll receive a fully edited highlight video and a curated gallery of professionally edited images, giving you both instant connection and lasting memories. It’s the ultimate way to preserve your moment from every angle.
By booking services with Sedona Expeditions, you agree to the following terms:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours prior to your scheduled shoot. Payment may be made via credit card, PayPal, or direct invoice.
Client-Initiated Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance may be rescheduled once at no additional charge, subject to availability. Cancellations within 7 days will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Refund Policy: Refunds are not available once services have been rendered or editing has begun. In the case of cancellation prior to service delivery (excluding deposit), any eligible refund will be issued within 10 business days.
Weather Rescheduling: If inclement weather is forecasted, we will work with you to reschedule your shoot to a mutually agreeable time. We do not shoot in heavy rain or extreme conditions for safety and equipment protection. Light weather such as overcast or wind may not qualify for rescheduling.
While we strive to provide uninterrupted livestreams, Sedona’s natural terrain can limit connectivity. We cannot guarantee flawless streaming in all remote areas, but we will always record a high-quality video backup when possible.
Clients are responsible for securing any required permits for specific shoot locations (such as state parks, national forests, or private properties). Sedona Expeditions complies with all local, state, and federal regulations and is committed to practicing 100% Leave No Trace principles at all times.
Sedona Expeditions is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss incurred during the course of a photo or video shoot. Clients are advised to exercise caution and make safe choices when participating in outdoor excursions. Clients assume full responsibility for their safety and actions while on location.
You can expect to receive your final, professionally edited images and/or video within 2 to 4 weeks from the shoot date. Rush editing may be available for an additional fee upon request. Final content will be delivered via a private online gallery or download link.
Sedona Expeditions retains copyright and usage rights to all media created during the session. We reserve the right to use selected images and footage for promotional, portfolio, and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a non-exclusive license for personal use.
